1. Easy Seated Pose
Hands on your knees in Gyan Mudra: thumb touches middle finger.
Inhale and move your head from the right to the left side your chin rubbing the chest.
Exhale and move your head from the left to the right side.
Repeat 10 times

2. Easy Seated Pose
Stretch your arms to the sides, hands in Gyan Mudra.
Tilt the head back without tensing the neck.
